Information we collect

This website collects only the information you choose to give us. Two forms do that: the enquiry form on the Contact page, and job applications on the Careers page.

The Contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. The Careers page does not run its own form — clicking “Apply” opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to our recruitment team; nothing is transmitted to our servers.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this site. The only information stored in your browser is a single, non-personal preference — your chosen display language (Indonesian or English) — kept in local browser storage on your device and never sent to us.

How we use it

Information submitted through the Contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Information sent via a job application email is used solely to evaluate that application and to communicate with you about it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles.

Legal basis and your rights

We process personal data submitted to us on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to contact us or apply for a role, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi).

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data you have sent us by writing to the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

Enquiries and applications are kept only for as long as needed to address them, or as required by applicable law, after which they are deleted.

Third-party links

This site links to the operating platforms of our subsidiaries (for example santaiscale.com, duluin.com, and others) and to Google Maps. Each of those sites has its own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our data practices change. The version published here is always the current one; we do not maintain a change log.
